Changing spools is as easy as pushing a button with the G Loomis Current and should you need to change the retrieve from right-hand to left-hand, all you have to do is remove a simple clip on the spindle, remove the “one way” bearing clutch, turn it over and reassemble. The unique and positive system makes it simple for any fisherman. It comes as a single reel with a vented neoprene reel cover that you can use right on the rod. Spare spools are available or you can purchase the “combo” which includes the reel, along with an extra spool and is packed in a padded and soft case that doubles nicely for a fly box, with room for some extra leaders.
